Position Summary

To supervise assigned projects and provide clients with top quality data collection, completed timely, within budget according to project requirements and in accordance with FPG's Quality Management Systems. Maintain continuous communication with clients and maintain positive relationships.

This position reports directly to the Executive Director of Central Project Management

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  1. Communicates with client, confirms project specifications and pricing, ongoing project communication as needed.
  2. Understand, implement and ensure project execution according to FPG's Quality Management System Standards specifically applicable core or support procedures as identified in quality training.
  3. Manage assigned projects to include, review study materials for clarity and understanding project schedule for project. Attend daily project update meetings.  Conduct study briefing, maintain quota control, monitor interviewer's quality, edit survey, and validate work according to guidelines. 
  4. Prepare programming specification in accordance to the screener or questionnaire, test programming, thoroughly checking all data deliverables.
  5. Develop screeners, respondent and field study instructions, schedules, miscellaneous client graphs and reports, or other study materials as needed.
  6. Prepare master tally daily, keeps CPM Director informed of any project issues that have impact on timelines, quality or financial results.
  7. Responsible for sample management in accordance of project specifications
  8. Assist in hiring and training process as needed.
  9. Supervise and gives direction to field staff and programmers.
  10. Gives direction and collaborate with the Call Centers.
  11. Daily communication to project managers and support staff in the Recruiting Centers. .
  12. Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Four year college degree or equivalent work experience desired
  • Market Research experience a plus
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Works well within a team atmosphere as well as independently
  • Professional manner and appearance
